Being “connected” means knowing the people. New Orleans native Brett Guidry certainly fits that description, but his primary focus is on using technology, business smarts, and good old shoe leather to connect his client to the perfect home.

Brett Knows real estate from personal experience. As a young couple, he and his wife bought a house and renovated it. Then they built a house and sold their renovation. Now they’re building a larger home to accommodate their growing family. “Buying, selling, renovating, building, investing – my experience helps my clients meet their goals and responsibilities, and build personal wealth,” he said.
Brett’s business savvy is a major asset. Before joining Athena, he worked in accounting capacities for several NOLA companies, where he sharpened his negotiating skills and earned a reputation as a stickler for details.
