Jordan Lambert knows New Orleans and its neighborhoods. He was born and raised in Harahan, and his extended family lives in Metairie, Chalmette and on the West Bank. He attended Brother Martin High School and received his bachelor's degree at LSU.
Jordan’s entry into real estate began at home: he and his wife have purchased and renovated four properties, each of which required extensive work. They focused on creating homes better suited to today’s lifestyles, with open-format floor plans and modernized kitchens and bathrooms.
“I learned to do a lot of the renovation work myself,” Jordan said. “Now when I tour a home with clients, I can give them an educated estimate of what renovation requires.”
Jordan describes himself as a “people person” and his career story matches that description. After graduating LSU, he worked for a marketing company. He later switched to sales, for an insurance company, and more recently for a liquor distributor.
While successful in those roles, Jordan finds that real estate allows him to use his creative talents. “I can help clients visualize how a property can become the home they really want,” he says.
Jordan and his wife have two young children and squeeze in time to entertain friends and family at their home in Harahan, or to pursue their passion for woodworking and making custom home furnishings. He is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. His son attends St. Rita Catholic School in Harahan, and he and his wife are active in the school community.
