Chris Serio is responsive and energetic. His attention to detail allows him to quickly identify a home’s assets and communicate these insights to benefit both the home’s seller and buyer. Chris believes in proactively servicing his clients, not just reporting what’s available.

Chris’ strategic marketing goes beyond traditional real estate practices. As owner of StreetCar Films, a New Orleans video production company, Chris employs the latest technology and visual tools to sell a client’s property. “The home buying and selling experience is deeply emotional,” Chris says. “My focus is to guide my clients confidently in the right direction.”

As a visual person, Chris loves the diversity of architectural styles and unique features of New Orleans houses. Chris can help a client see the potential to update historical features. “I learned the ins and outs of makeovers when I bought a commercial building for my business and did the renovations myself,” he said.

Chris is an area native, a graduate of Jesuit High School of New Orleans. He earned his BA in Communications at LSU and is a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors. He is active with several charity organizations including Swollfest, the family-centric fishing rodeo benefiting Children’s Hospital, and Geaux Teal, an organization that raises awareness and funds for those affected by ovarian cancer.
